November essentials in Seville

We all know that this is the month of the dead, but in Seville it is also the month of Don Juan Tenorio and many of the city's cultural and leisure activities revolve around the work of Zorrilla. But that's not all that awaits during this month. Want to find out what you can see and do in Seville in November? If you enjoy theatre visits, Engranajes Culturales proposes a unique, original and exclusive experience through the third act of Don Juan Tenorio at Seville Cemetery.

Another way to enjoy Zorrilla's work is offered by MolArte. They provide a peculiar adaptation with a comic twist, taking you back in time with their tour, 'Don Juan Tenorio: Myth and Legend of Seville'.

If you enjoy running, you can still sign up to The Color Run by Skittles Sevilla, the colourful race taking over the world. The reason for its success is 5 kilometres that combine music, colour, happiness and a lot of fun over 4 hours. You can join in this month in Seville.
Another impressive cultural activity making its debut in November in Seville is offered by Focus Abengoa. An exhibition will take place at Hospital de los Venerables, which is a short walk from Hotel Murillo, that will analyse the style of two of the most famous painters from Seville, Bartolomé Esteban Murillo and Diego Velázquez, through nineteen paintings. Another essential event in November is Seville's European Film Festival Festival (SEFF'16). This year it is back new Spanish film as well as supporting European independent cinema. It will show 215 titles from the Old Continent with an important number of Spanish pieces. The festival will also see key players in the world of film attend and present their work. There will be more than 120 encounters with film-makers participating with the festival's public through discussions, presentations and master classes.
The last date in November is SICAB, the International Horse Festival. Like every year, it will have an exhibition area and an equestrian show dedicated to the arts and film, with cinematographic elements taking centre stage. This is in addition to the presence of famous faces from the small and big screens. Prices vary between €13 and €19.
