Luxury apartments in the Santa Cruz neighborhood

In the post this week we want to tell you a scoop of which we are very proud. The opening after summer of a new luxury hotel establishment in one of the most emblematic buildings of Seville, El Balcón de Rosina, in the Plaza de Alfaro, just next to the Plaza de Santa Cruz.
For us it is a special accommodation, not only for the emblematic building and its famous balcony, which many believe inspired Rossini's opera El Barbero de Sevilla, but for the concept we wanted to give these new suite apartments in the heart of Santa Cruz.
There will be 8 luxury suites on the first and second floor of the building fully equipped, one with Jacuzzi on private terrace, another with the balcony of Rosina or terraces to the Plaza de Alfaro and all following modern lines that merge with the elements of this beautiful building of the late nineteenth century. All suites have views of emblematic areas of the Barrio Santa Cruz, such as Callejon del Agua, Jardines de Murillo, El Real Alcázar or La Giralda.
On the ground floor you will find a restaurant-bar and in the basement, a cellar that will serve as a meeting room. While on the last floor we have planned two rooms with independent and private terraces for meetings or events.
